How does a roller bridge work?
A crane is a hoisting device that moves horizontally over a fixed
structure, such as a running rail or support structure, and can
move loads vertically. This system is often used in production halls and warehouses,
where it transports heavy materials and products safely and efficiently.
How much does a roller bridge cost?
The cost of a crane depends on several factors, such as the
type, dimensions, load capacity, and installation requirements. A
standard single-girder crane, for example, will have a different price range
than a double-girder crane. At Asatech, we offer customized solutions,

What are roller bridges used for?
Overhead cranes are indispensable tools in various industries, from heavy
industry to logistics centers. They are primarily used for
lifting and moving heavy or bulky materials, ensuring
a more efficient workflow. This type of machine is essential in environments
where large loads must be moved regularly without requiring
physical effort from employees.
What types of roller bridges are there?
At Asatech we offer several types of overhead cranes, each with unique features to meet specific needs:
- Single-girder or double-girder overhead cranes (EOT Cranes); the choice of type is determined by factors such as the hall width, hoisting, trolley, and crane speeds, and the FEM class. These overhead cranes are sturdy, compact, and suitable for all types of loads. Their lifting capacity ranges from 500 kilograms to 100 tons.
- Gantry Cranes: A gantry crane is generally preferred for transporting loads in open areas, but also in enclosed areas. It’s a type of crane where the crane girders are attached to gantry legs, which in turn move on rails attached to the ground.
- Jib Cranes; Our jib cranes are manufactured from 0.5 to 20 tons with standard single-speed, double-speed, or variable-speed options, equipped with wire rope or chain hoists, using domestic and imported branded equipment in accordance with FEM and DIN standards.
- Process Cranes: Asatech manufactures process cranes from 300 tons and above for heavy-duty applications, with semi-automatic or fully automatic options in high FEM class, based on our customers’ production processes, particularly for heavy-duty industrial facilities such as petrochemicals, iron and steel, or the energy industry.
- Hoists; Our compact hoist groups are designed and manufactured from 1 ton to 80 tons with high efficiency and the latest technology according to international standards in accordance with FEM and DIN.
