Moving a crane

Due to the sale and installation of 2 new cranes / gantry cranes with a lifting capacity of 2 x 40 tons, the existing crane / gantry crane had to be moved.

The client’s requirement was that this had to be addressed during the collective summer holiday and we were only given one week to do so.

Thanks to good communication and our commitment, this became achievable. This allowed us to be proud of ourselves and avoid any production losses.

Tap change

Customer requested here to move the 20 ton crane to different locations for production technical reasons.

This was carried out professionally and safely thanks to our suppliers.

Replacing crane wheel bearings

During preventive maintenance and inspection, it was discovered that the crane’s bearings contained a high concentration of iron dust, indicating they were no longer in good condition.
A plan was immediately drawn up to preventatively replace the bearings.
However, the crane had to be lowered. Thanks in part to our loyal suppliers, we were able to quickly arrange a mobile crane to complete the work quickly, efficiently, and safely.

Sale

This concerns the sale, installation and delivery of 2 new production open winch cranes / roller bridges with a high FEM class for handling coils and plates for the steel industry.

Crane wheel bearing platform not feeding side

Customer calls us about an oil leak and a noise that they found strange.

After investigation it turned out that the crane row bearings on one driven side were defective and caused the crane row reduction to break.

By responding quickly, we managed to get it operational again in one weekend.

Wheel bearing defect

A customer called to say a crane wasn’t running as it should.
They discovered the crane’s driving bearings were defective, allowing the entire team to continue working on the crane.
After replacing the bearings, we were allowed to use their massage chair to relax.

Portal

A customer of a concrete plant called us about a problem with a gantry crane where the crane driving was no longer working.

After investigation, we discovered that the crane brake cable had been chafed and caused a short circuit, which damaged the old electronics. These could not be delivered and were also beyond repair.

After some searching, we made another switch box for this, which made it work again.
